This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience, we want to utilize that. Our promote-from-within mentality means you'll understand every store position and be prepared to lead effectively. Your experience will accelerate your understanding and set you up for success as a leader.
This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.
You are responsible for everything in your store: People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. Lead by example, as your team will follow your lead. Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
