You have a natural leadership ability. You start your day ensuring everyone in your household is on task, and at work, you make sure your team and operations run smoothly. This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience, we want to leverage that. Our promote-from-within policy means you'll understand every position you will lead, setting you up for success as a leader in our company.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You are responsible for everything in your store: People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. Lead by example; your team will follow. Adhere to all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
