This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all store operations. If you have restaurant management experience, we want to leverage that. Our promote-from-within philosophy means you'll gain comprehensive experience in all roles, setting you up for success as a leader.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You are responsible for everything in your store—People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes maintaining safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. Lead by example; your team will follow. Adhere strictly to all policies and procedures, and expect the same from your team.
