This is a full-time, salaried position, overseeing all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience, we would like to put that experience to use. Our company promotes from within, ensuring you understand every position you will lead. Your experience will expedite your understanding of all roles and set you up for successful leadership.

This position requires 5+ days per week, most weekends.

You are accountable for everything within your store—People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and the culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow your lead. You must follow ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
