This is a full-time, salaried position, overseeing all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience, we want to leverage that. We promote from within and ensure you understand every position you will lead. Your experience will expedite your understanding of all roles and set you up for success as a leader in our company.
This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.
You are responsible for everything within your store — People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. You will lead by example, and your team will follow. You must adhere to ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
