This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all store aspects. If you have restaurant management experience, we want to leverage that. We promote from within and ensure you understand every position you will lead. Your experience will accelerate your understanding and set you up for success as a leader.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You are responsible for everything in your store—People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. You will ensure safety, training, and a positive culture. Lead by example, as your team will follow your lead. Follow all policies and procedures 100%, expecting the same from your team.
