This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. Restaurant management experience is preferred. We promote from within, ensuring you understand every position you will lead. Your experience will help expedite your understanding of all roles and prepare you for successful leadership.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You are responsible for everything in your store—People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. You will ensure safety, training, and a positive culture. Lead by example, and expect the same from your team. Adhere to all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
