Earn $52K - $75K annually

If you have natural leadership qualities, judgment, and the ability to multitask, this could be your opportunity to become a boss. You will need skills such as leadership, judgment, math, and multitasking ability.

You will work for a fun and flexible company. This full-time, salaried position involves overseeing all aspects of the store, especially if you have restaurant management experience. We promote from within and will ensure you understand every position you will lead, setting you up for success as a leader.

This role requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You will be responsible for everything in your store—People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. Leading by example is essential, and adherence to all policies and procedures is mandatory.
