Job summary

Rent A Center is looking for a Store Manager in Cedar Rapids to lead daily sales, oversee inventory, and manage customer accounts. You will drive revenue, coach coworkers, and ensure compliance with company policies while protecting assets and controlling costs.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail/management, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and a valid driver's license for vehicle duties. We offer full-time hours, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation software.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record (company vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly sales goals and oversee store sales activities.
• Account Management: oversee collections and provide leadership to ensure procedures are followed.
• Leadership: oversee profits, asset protection, inventory, cash handling, and security.
• Coworker Management: train, schedule, hire, retain staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
