You will recruit and develop team members, maintain inventory controls, build strong vendor relations, and keep the store clean and well merchandised, while promoting the 7-Eleven brand within the community. Hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

From coaching and training your franchisee’s employees, to making sound operational business decisions, a 7‑Eleven Store Manager will oversee all aspects of their franchisee’s individual store.
