7-Eleven in Mount Clare, WV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will recruit and train employees, manage inventory and vendor relations, keep shelves stocked, uphold safety and cleanliness, and drive sales and profitability for the franchisee. This role reports to the franchisee and requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; employment decisions are made by the independent franchisee.

OverviewThis job is for a 7-Eleven store in the state of West Virginia 4399 Buckhannon Pike Mt Clare, WVAs a 7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager for a Franchisee you will have the opportunity to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for your franchisee’s guests.
