Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for a Franchisee to oversee a single store and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will coach and train the franchisee’s employees, guide day-to-day operations, and drive sales and profitability in a service-oriented retail environment.

You will work directly with the independent franchisee who controls hiring decisions and day-to-day management. This role emphasizes staffing, product availability, store cleanliness, and community engagement

As a 7-Eleven Store Manager for a Franchisee, you will have the opportunity to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for your franchisee’s guests. From coaching and training your franchisee’s employees, to making sound operational business decisions, a 7-Eleven Store Manager will oversee all aspects of their franchisee’s individual store.
