Kimbrell’s Furniture is growing and looking to add new Store Managers for our Carolina locations! We are seeking energetic, positive professionals with retail management experience to join our team. Are you an inspiring leader eager to grow with one of the oldest family-owned furniture retailers? If you are enthusiastic, organized, and hardworking, this opportunity is for you!

Applicants must be open to travel during training and possible relocation as a Manager.

Kimbrell’s is committed to your success. We will invest heavily in your development! During training, you will work closely with the corporate trainer, support staff, and experienced store managers to learn how to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will gain insights into Kimbrell’s history, culture, and operations, thriving in the industry for over 100 years. Success in this role requires enhancing customer satisfaction, achieving sales and profit goals, and managing staff effectively.

After training, your responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers courteously and professionally
  • Building relationships with customers, departments, and staff
  • Meeting sales targets through training, motivating, and mentoring staff
  • Exercising strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Supervising store operations and transactions for professionalism and accuracy
  • Training staff and cross-training to maintain productivity
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Handling personnel matters such as interviews, appraisals, and training
  • Upholding Kimbrell’s culture and reputation
  • Traveling between stores as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
