Managers in Training will learn to manage daily store responsibilities alongside experienced leaders, working various shifts to understand our company, team, vendors, and guests. This role supports the Store Manager and contributes to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Training Process

During training weeks, Managers in Training work with Training Managers to learn best practices. Between training weeks, they work shifts alongside team members to practice leadership skills. After training, they join our bench leadership team, filling in during absences until assigned their own store.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist in building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching
  • Monitor product levels and ensure stock is full
  • Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations offering hot food
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store interior and exterior
  • Operate cash registers efficiently
  • Support food service operations and perform other duties as assigned

Scheduling

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for 8 hours, and work in cool temperatures
