Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Michigan to drive store performance and deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience. You will lead and develop a team of up to 25 associates, manage daily operations, and ensure visual standards, loss prevention and excellent customer service.

You will hire, coach, and retain talent while maintaining brand standards and a strong store culture. A flexible schedule and commitment to continuous improvement are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively with customers and associates.
• Strong communication skills in group settings and one-on-one.

Responsibilities
