Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Salem, NH seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team on the sales floor, manage operations, and deliver an omni channel Oasis experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop stylists, control payroll and expenses, and uphold Windsor Visual Guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication in group and one-on-one settings.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Flexible schedule including openings and closings.

Responsibilities
