Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, reducing shrink, and managing payroll and expenses while coaching a team of fashion-loving Stylists.

As the 'Host of the Oasis,' you’ll create an Omni-channel experience for customers, supervise daily operations on the sales floor, and lead onboarding and ongoing training to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity as part of the sales-directing team.
• Coach and motivate Stylists; lead onboarding and training.
• Own the sales floor to execute daily operations and create the Windsor Oasis experience.
