Job summary

Windsor Fashions in San Diego seeks a full-time Store Manager to drive sales and uphold brand standards. You will manage daily operations, supervise a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists, and ensure a seamless Omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.

You will analyze KPI reporting, control payroll, shrink, and expenses, and lead training, coaching, and succession planning to build a high-performing team while maintaining Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and merchandising

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analyzing KPI data and implementing solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of up to 25 associates including Co-Managers, Assistants, and Stylists.
