Position Overview

CrossAmerica Partners is a leading wholesale distributor of motor fuels, operator of convenience stores, and owner and lessor of real estate used in the retail distribution of motor fuels. With a presence across 34 states, we aim to be an industry leader by providing essential fuel and convenience products nationwide.

Responsibilities
  1. Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, ensure compliance with policies, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards.
  2. Sales & Profitability: Drive sales through promotions, analyze performance data, and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
  3. Customer Service: Lead by example to foster a customer-first environment, handle complaints, and improve service standards.
  4. Staff Management & Development: Recruit, train, and manage staff; schedule shifts; conduct performance reviews.
  5. Inventory & Merchandising: Manage stock levels, oversee ordering and restocking, and ensure proper product placement.
  6. Financial Management: Handle cash, prepare financial reports, and analyze data for cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement promotions, build community relationships, and manage online reviews.
  8. Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure store adheres to safety and health regulations, perform audits, and implement security measures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years retail or convenience store management experience, including 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve operational and customer issues efficiently.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with budgets, sales targets, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in various environments including cold storage. Availability for irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and seasonal snow removal, is required.
