Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily Braum's operations, including food service, grocery, and fountain sales. The role emphasizes coaching the crew, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and driving sales while upholding Braum's brand and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit.
• Associates Degree or some college preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensures store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
• Teaching, coaching and providing leadership to the store crew members and ensures unit goals are achieved.
• Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality.

$80,000 - $99,000

General Manager's role:

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
