Responsibilities

Sprouts Store Managers are responsible for overseeing, managing and maximizing the entire business operations of an assigned Sprouts store and all related departments, including Produce, Bakery, Deli, Meat, Dairy, Frozen Foods, Vitamins, Beer/Wine, Bulk Foods, and others. The Store Manager ensures efficient and profitable operations, maintains cleanliness, safety, and inventory, and manages profits and losses, staffing, training, customer complaints, community relations, compliance, and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience
• Dependability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and across store assignments
• Strong communication skills and team participation
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and positive attitude
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff
• Leadership skills to motivate and build staff, with financial acumen
• Ability to handle emergencies and write incident reports
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation, with Food Safety certification
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., and stand for long periods
