Are you ready to lead a high-performing team inflooring sales and installation services? Lumber Liquidators is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience

1–3 years of direct sales managerial experience, including team development and leadership

Retail environment experience with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Proactive, hands-on approach: willing to assist team members and step in where needed

Summary
