Job Purpose:

Responsible for all aspects of store operations, leading the store to meet company standards and best practices. Recruit, train, and develop leadership and staff to achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining a friendly shopping environment. Manage operations of stockroom, front end, and sales floor efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership: Lead company best practices, analyze reports, address variances, and ensure proper scheduling and payroll administration.
2. Organizational Development: Hire, train, develop staff, reduce turnover, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
3. Expense & Safety Management: Control expenses, manage payroll, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
4. Customer Service & Brand Representation: Ensure excellent service, professional appearance, and store cleanliness.
5. Merchandise & Loss Prevention: Oversee merchandise presentation, processing, and loss prevention initiatives.
6. Competencies: Manage work processes, build talent, communicate effectively, and ensure accountability.
7. Qualifications: 5+ years retail management, leadership skills, organizational ability, fluency in English, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
8. Physical & Other Requirements: Able to stand, walk, lift, and perform retail tasks as needed.
9. Supervisory Role: Direct oversight of assistant managers, supervisors, and associates.
