You were born to lead. Reporting to your District Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the store team in providing exceptional customer service. You will lead, coach, and develop your team to surpass all corporate goals and initiatives. Your responsibilities include all aspects of store management such as recruiting, hiring, training, customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations.

- Implement standards in recruiting, hiring, training, guest services, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability.
- Build brand loyalty by empowering your team to create a personable customer experience.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales associates, store leadership, and corporate partners.
- Maintain a high level of customer focus and lead by example with clear communication.
- Ensure visual standards and directives are upheld.
- Teach product knowledge to associates and how to apply it to enhance customer interactions.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to confidently engage customers and deliver an elevated experience.
- Motivated by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
- Resourceful and adaptable to changing demands in a dynamic omni-channel retail environment.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and financial skills.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
