Location: Southeast BU - Region 03 - Market 04: 1766 Hwy 160 W, Fort Mill, South Carolina 29708.

Availability - Shift/Days: Flexible Availability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities under conditions described below.
  • Ability to supervise and train staff in equipment, tools, and customer service tasks.
  • Ability to manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
  • Computer skills or willingness to acquire them for report analysis, inventory, cash control, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills:

Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage site cleanliness, stock, and organization per standards.
  • Maintain professionalism among staff and supervisors.
  • Schedule staff to optimize customer service and site appearance.
  • Practice non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, counseling, and separation.
Site Relationships
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Promote a safe, positive community image.
Training and Development
  • Conduct timely performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Ensure staff training meets company standards.
  • Promote safety procedures and awareness.
Communication
  • Ensure effective communication with staff.
  • Hold regular meetings with staff and managers.
Organizing and Planning
  • Develop action plans to meet site goals.
  • Maintain site files and manuals.
  • Ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage merchandise presentation and pricing.
  • Display employment posters and signs accessibly.
Financial
  • Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
  • Budget, forecast, and manage merchandise margins.
  • Safeguard financial transactions.
  • Perform financial analyses to enhance sales.
Working Conditions
  • Work indoors and outdoors for tasks like cleaning and maintenance.
  • Occasional exposure to cold temperatures and noise.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision.
