Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Pineville, NC is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and guest experience. You will recruit, coach, and develop a team of up to 25 associates, manage KPI metrics, visual standards, loss prevention, and payroll.

You’ll drive profitability and ensure an omni-channel Oasis experience. You will implement Windsor merchandising directives, build a culture of respect and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and policy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience or more.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
