You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. We provide an 8-week (or more) store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
Employees must work in hot, noisy environments, often standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working quickly with accuracy. Effective communication and adaptability are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.
