Purpose Boutique is hiring a Store Manager to lead our Gig Harbor and Tacoma stores in Washington. You will drive revenue, coach high-performing teams, and own day-to-day operations on the floor and behind the scenes, including scheduling and payroll.

You are a proven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences while growing people and store performance with an emphasis on hospitality and results.

We Are Hiring the Store Manager Role for the Following Stores:

• Gig Harbor Purpose
• Tacoma Purpose Men
• Tacoma Purpose

The Role

Our Store Managers are business owners at heart. They lead high performing sales teams,drive revenue, and create an exceptional in store experience for both customers and team members.

This role is highly sales focused, performance driven, and growth oriented. You will be
responsible for hitting financial goals, developing top sellers, and building a culture that attractsboth loyal customers and ambitious team members.

You will spend time on the floor leading by example, while also owning the behind the scenes
business including scheduling, payroll, visual merchandising, inventory flow, and team development.

There is significant financial upside in this role through bonuses, store performance, and longterm growth opportunities within the company.
