Purpose Boutique is seeking a Store Manager who acts like a business owner, leading high performing sales teams and delivering an exceptional in-store experience for customers and teammates across our Gig Harbor and Tacoma locations. The Role

Our Store Managers are business owners at heart. They lead high performing sales teams,drive revenue, and create an exceptional in store experience for both customers and team members.

This role is highly sales focused, performance driven, and growth oriented. You will be
responsible for hitting financial goals, developing top sellers, and building a culture that attractsboth loyal customers and ambitious team members.

You will spend time on the floor leading by example, while also owning the behind the scenes
business including scheduling, payroll, visual merchandising, inventory flow, and team development.

There is significant financial upside in this role through bonuses, store performance, and longterm growth opportunities within the company.
