Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or store management experience.

• Ability to operate store equipment (including forklift).
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

You will lead the store, develop your team, and drive results while delivering exceptional, neighborly service in a fun and engaging pet retail environment. From jumping on the floor to welcome a new puppy to analyzing store sales performance and inspiring your team to hit goals, you play a key role in creating a trusted, pet-centric destination in your community.

What You’ll Do

Requirements and Responsibilities
