Pet Supplies Plus 4307 is seeking a Store Team Leader to guide daily store operations, lead a team, and deliver neighborly service in a pet-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or store management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred (High School Diploma/GED required).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to operate store equipment (including forklift, where applicable).
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 65 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to meet hiring requirements set by the local franchise owner.
