Responsibilities

1. Manage and influence team by communicating clear company goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
2. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers/safe.
3. Assist the Manager with scheduling and managing Time Clock Plus.
4. Assist the Manager in tracking Team Members' time and attendance.
5. Assist the Manager in preparing and administering personnel and disciplinary actions.
6. Ensure store supplies and bank orders are placed in a timely manner.
7. Supervise and assist with the training and development of Team Members.
8. Help ensure proper handling and processing of incoming donation flow according to GWH policies and procedures.
9. Background requirements: Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check. Due to company policy, candidates with a criminal background will not be considered for employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Management experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience is preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday and weekends.
