Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead daily sales, customer service, and store operations. You’ll drive revenue, manage accounts and collections, and oversee staffing and training to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring retail/management experience plus RAC’s Store Manager Development Program, with a focus on leadership, asset protection, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals, oversee coworkers’ sales activities, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue and growth.
• Oversee collections efforts; follow up on accounts needing managerial intervention; train staff to follow procedures.
• Protect company assets and ensure profitability by managing inventory, pricing, cash handling, and store security.
• Recruit, schedule, and train coworkers; drive exceptional customer service and staff retention.
