Job description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve all store sales and profit objectives, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to implementing new programs and initiatives.
2. Manage store performance tracking.
3. Establish and maintain the company culture within the store by demonstrating and reinforcing the guiding principles.
4. Achieve results that exceed company standards in staff training, customer experience, loss prevention, safety, housekeeping, and team professionalism.
5. Develop staff so that at least one subordinate is always ready for promotion.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of store management experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and development.
• Outstanding track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Ability to motivate and inspire staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with strong follow-through and execution.
