Job summary

Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily sales activities and oversee store operations. You will drive revenue growth while managing customer accounts, ensuring policy compliance, inventory control, and asset protection.

You will also recruit, train, and develop coworkers to deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in retail management, a proven leadership track, and proficiency with store operation software.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly sales goals and supervise store sales activities.
• Account management: oversee collections and customer commitments with training for staff.
• Leadership: direct store resources, ensure policy compliance, manage inventory and cash handling.
• Coworker management: staff, recruit, train and retain coworkers to deliver strong customer service.
