Role Overview

Our Store Managers bring the Starbucks experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, building great teams, and serving as community meeting places. Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of retail/customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor professionally.
  • High School diploma or GED minimum.
Minimum Requirements
  • Legal documentation for employment eligibility.
  • Ability to work full-time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
