Sterling South LLC, a retail chain in Omaha, NE, seeks a Store Manager to lead our downtown store. This FULL_TIME role offers a salary range of $45,000 - $57,560 and is open until 2026-11-22.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing a team of staff members, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to help them perform their jobs effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience. In addition to managing staff and customers, you will be responsible for handling inventory management. This includes monitoring stock levels, ordering new products, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked at all times. You will also be responsible for organizing promotions and special offers, working with the marketing team to create and implement strategies that will drive sales and increase customer engagement. Finally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the store. This includes ensuring that the store is well-maintained, that all equipment and facilities are in good working order, and that all health and safety regulations are being followed. You will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures, ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhering to them.

You'll work in a team environment at our downtown Omaha, NE store. The workplace is bustling and requires adaptability to meet customer needs and sales targets.

The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $57,560 per year, providing a competitive base compensation. You should have at least 3 years of retail management experience. Experience with inventory management and team leadership is required. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
