Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability statements; provide actionable recommendations.

• Provide ongoing coaching and development to Team Members.
• Schedule and assign Team Members; ensure targets are met.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security measures.
• Market and display merchandise to meet store standards; maintain safe, clean store.
