Store Managers at Dollar Tree are responsible for:

• Managing the profitable operation of a retail store, including recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store associates in operations and merchandising.
• Performing all opening and closing procedures.
• Implementing operational and merchandising directives from the Store Support Center.
• Maintaining high standards of merchandising, signage, and display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Maximizing your store's profit contribution.
• Protecting company assets.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Creative problem-solving in areas such as associate development, sales maximization, expense control, merchandise display, and signage placement.

Qualifications we need from you:

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Experience dealing with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience is a plus.
• Strong productivity management skills, especially in freight processing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
