Responsibilities include:

• Supervising customer service associates and designated hitters, managing front end operations, and making recommendations for pharmacy and retail store operations.
• Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations to meet company goals, including managing schedules, inventory, merchandising, and store assets.
• Leading and managing team members through recruitment, performance management, and development to ensure engagement and achievement of company objectives.

Customer Experience

• Engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience, resolving complaints, and modeling customer service best practices.
• Monitoring service quality, coaching staff, and developing improvement plans.

Operations

• Overseeing store operations, including assigning tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Additional Information

• Salary range: $45,000 - $71,550, dependent on various factors.
