Job summary

Market 32/Price Chopper is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our stores, building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will oversee the store's financial performance, customer satisfaction, food safety, and teammate engagement, partnering with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• Progressive retail management experience, including multi-department grocery leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional execution in merchandising, pricing, in-stock conditions, and promotional programs.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling to support customer service while achieving financial objectives.
• Partner with zone leadership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.
