Position Overview:

As the Retail Store Manager at NATURE REPUBLIC, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our store. Your main objectives will include ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining the high standards of our brand. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for skincare and beauty, along with a proven track record of successful retail management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the retail store, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Implement effective merchandising, inventory management, and promotional strategies to drive sales.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a customer-focused and knowledgeable team.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized store environment consistent with the NATURE REPUBLIC brand.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
