Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Our client, an international fast fashion brand, is searching for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager with day-to-day store operations
• Manage inventory, transfers, and visual displays
• Monitor sales performance of merchandise
• Provide feedback to the store manager regarding sales, shipments, and inventory status
• Train and coach new sales associates
• Assist the store manager with scheduling
• Maintain store visual standards

Qualifications:

• Will ideally have 2-3 years of relevant retail sales experience
• Strong time management and verbal communication skills
• Quick thinker, problem solver, and customer-focused mindset
