Store Manager Needed!

Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a Store Manager for our New Ulm location. This person must have strong construction knowledge and experience. A strong desire to succeed is required. A person’s earning potential is directly related to their effort and success. This person will help manage the store and continue to grow Carroll’s business in the New Ulm market. Carroll is known as a fair, honest & team-oriented company that is employee-owned. We have grown to over 35 locations spread across multiple states and are looking for good people to join the team!

Additional Requirements to be Considered:

• Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is a must
• Extremely motivated with leadership skills
• Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key
• Ability to lead and participate effectively as a team member.
