Job summary

Goodwill Central East Texas Store Manager in Nacogdoches, TX leads a fast-paced retail team and advances the organization’s mission.

This full-time role (45+ hours/week, evenings and weekends) focuses on daily operations, coaching staff, scheduling, cash handling, and merchandising, while enhancing donor relations and customer experience.

You’ll drive goals, maintain a safe, efficient store, and help shape a supportive, community-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $37,960.00 To $47,960.00 Annually

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior retail or supervisory experience is a plus
• Mostly indoor, occasionally outdoor
• Busy, active, and physical (you won’t be sitting behind a desk!)
• Some travel for training or development (2–3 times per year)
