FastLane Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage a team, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, create schedules, ensure stock integrity, and monitor store performance while maintaining a clean, welcoming store image and compliant operations.

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing for efficient store operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores with strong visual presentation.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product assortment to maximize sales.
• Manage payroll, expenses, shrink, and store financial performance.
• Handle cash, deposits, reporting, and store transactions accurately and securely.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations.
• Conduct store audits and maintain high operational and image standards.
• Lead with professionalism, accountability, and a strong team-first attitude.
