WARRENTON OIL GROUP is seeking a Store Manager in Bowling Green, MO to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, create schedules, ensure proper staffing, and maintain a clean, organized store with strong visuals. Manage payroll, inventory, and compliance while upholding safety standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry.
• At least 2 years of management experience with direct responsibility for financial performance, including P&L accountability, in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proven ability to build and sustain a customer-focused culture that prioritizes service excellence and guest satisfaction.
