Role Description

Rebag is actively seeking a Client Experience Sales Manager (Store Manager) working in our Dadeland retail store, focused on clienteling. This sales-focused role involves advising, educating, styling, and assisting customers to provide an elevated customer experience. Candidates should be confident in engaging with customers and thrive in a start-up sales environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Passionate about selling through CRM platforms
• Able to navigate multiple software platforms
• Build rapport and maintain personal relationships
• Strong written communication skills
• Achieve sales targets consistently
• Lead and assist the store in achieving results
• Maintain the brick-and-mortar retail experience, following the Store Director's lead
• Drive innovation in retail sales programs and test new opportunities
• Stand comfortably for long periods

• Self-motivated with a strong sales background
