Job summary

Cole Haan is seeking a Store Manager for our Mebane, NC location. You will lead in-store activities, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching staff, maintaining store operations, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Strong English communication and a proactive, results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Full-Time Position.
• College degree preferred or related field experience.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Store management experience preferred.
• Must have open availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a retail business, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Knowledge in driving sales, business acumen, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to coordinate operational tasks, including receiving shipment and maintain store cleanliness; will participate in those tasks when additional support is needed.
• Able to coordinate and manage a team to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in staffing, coaching, counseling, training, development, employee corrective action and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and create a team-oriented environment.
• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
• Strong computer skills including POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

Job description

Directs and controls all in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets, and to ensure long-term business growth in accordance with company philosophy and established policies and procedures. The store manager will set the strategic direction of their store location to achieve all objectives and projects assigned by Cole Haan while establishing a healthy team culture and store environment.
