OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

As a Store Manager, your primary focus is understanding customer needs and helping them find the right products. You will lead, manage, and organize the store in accordance with our values, policies, and procedures.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Ensure staff meet business needs
  • Complete operational activities per policies
  • Implement merchandising guidelines
  • Manage store inventory effectively
  • Handle cash management duties
  • Follow safety and security routines
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

EXPERIENCE PROFILE
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years retail experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
EDUCATION
